A 24.6-acre property consisting of Piedmont seepage forest, a rare type of ecosystem that supports the bunched arrowhead, a federally endangered species slated for addition to a proposed SCDNR Heritage Preserve. The property borders two streams with over two thousand linear feet of frontage. The property is in a rapidly developing area and has frontage on a major, multilane highway.
