This property has a diverse array of habitats that extend from the valley, which has open pastures and forests, to high elevation overlooks. Over two miles of Saluda River tributary creeks flow through the property.  This property is highly visible from public roads, including a major four-lane highway.

Project 21

This is a 100-120 acre property with about half of property being an active, family-operated cattle ranch.  The other half is forest and bottomlands that provide excellent habitat for numerous native species.  The property features over 6,000 linear feet of stream bank on two blue line streams that serve the Saluda River by way of Grove Creek.
