Southside Park Expansion

This project was previously known as Project 041.

Three undeveloped lots totaling 3.6 acres adjacent to Greenville County's Southside Park. These parcels, slated for development, are the last remaining undeveloped lots adjacent to one of the county's most used regional parks. The addition grows the park's footprint by 5%.

Leverage Ratio: $0.08 of external money to every $1 the county trust proposes to invest
